This is the original Regular or Standard VaporBrothers "Classic" vaporizer originally introduced in 1999. 

Unlike the Hands Free model, the Vapor Whip does not connect to the all natural ceramic heating element. However, by holding the Vaporbrothers Standard Whip to the heating element, the user has optimal control over the vaporizing experience.  In addition, the Standard Whip stays cooler than the Hands Free Whip. This unit comes in a Natural Color.

Vaporbrothers introduced the "toxic free" ceramic pure mineral vaporizer heating element in 2007. Many other units on the market that utilize "ceramic" heating elements still use glues and metal in the process of putting the element together. These units still call themselves ceramic yet have a number of other materials in the element that can be released during vaporizing.
